April Health & Fitness Challenge

So forget a New Year’s Resolution – this year definitely did not start off as I planned health or fitness-wise (when does it ever? lol). But no point crying over spilt milk – this month I’ll be jumpstarting my journey back to being whole spiritually, emotionally AND physically, and I hope you’ll join in! Now, a couple things to note as I have been down this road at least a dozen times before: there is no one-size-fits-all way to get the results you want to see when it comes to your health and fitness. Trust that I have tried almost every diet/workout routine in the book, and nothing worked until I really began to pay attention to my body and what it wanted instead of just simply copying what everyone else was doing. How did you end up losing soo much weight?

First of all, God is good LOL Secondly, I fell in love with exercise and clean eating. I work out at least an hour, at least 5 days a week (Except this week because I’m on a break because my workouts have been sluggish and my body needs to rest and recuperate.) But I’d say it’s true when they say it’s 70% diet. I used to exercise like a mule and still not see results. Now I don’t go as hard, eat much better, and the weight came off.
